  • Corporations – Preparation of Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Corporate documents – S Corp, C Corp and LLC, Non-Profit Corporations, filing documents with Secretary of State, Minutes of Annual Meetings, Unanimous Written Consents of Shareholders and Directors, issuance of stock.

  • Criminal Law - Preparation of documents for Court proceedings including Motions, Orders, Writs, Subpoenas. Discovery review. Exhibit preparation. Witness interviews. Assistant attorney in trial. Schedule hearings. Interact with Court Clerks, Probation Officers, Parole Officers, and District Attorneys.

  • Family Law - Preparation of documents for Dissolution of Marriage, Parenting Plans, Mediation, Child Support, Contempt of Court actions and all other related documents.

  • General - Initial interview of clients, answer all incoming calls, accounts payable, accounts receivables, statements preparation. Alternate Defense Counsel and Court Appointed Counsel billing; supervise part-time office staff, maintenance of client files, e-filing of documents through ICCES.
